Our leadership team combines proven federal experience with a forward vision for AI-enabled and CMMC-certified excellence. Guided by Dr. Horace Jones, Ed.D. Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board, ARTI’s leaders and personnel exemplify mission integrity and technical agility. “Our focus remains simple: mission success through secure innovation.”
Dr. Jones provides corporate vision, leadership and strategic direction to the leadership team for all aspects of the company’s business. He oversees the leadership team’s daily operation of the company and is ultimately responsible for all contracts. Dr. Jones’ guidance has led to the use of cutting-edge AI tools to solve problems faster, smarter, and more efficiently, automating routine tasks and surfacing insights that drive informed decisions.

Contracting
ARTI is fully versed in evolving changes to the FAR and Alternative Acquisition approaches and supports federal customers through flexible contracting pathways, including GSA MAS Schedule, Commercial Price List, GWACs and Agency specific IDIQs though effective partnering. These vehicles provide streamlined access to our secure, mission solutions. ARTI also supports customers via direct task orders and BPA partnerships across DoW, DHS, and the Intelligence Community.
